Maintenance for the MagicConnect server will be carried out following the schedule noted below.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your kind understanding.

 

Date
Customers using servers located inside Japan:

– June 18, 2015 (Thu.) 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM (JST)
– July 2, 2015 (Thu.) 7:00 AM – 7:30 AM (JST)

 

Customers using servers located outside Japan (in North America/Europe/Asia):

– June 18, 2015 (Thu.) 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM (JST)

 

Systems affected
There will be multiple, short connection interruptions during the time noted above. It may interfere the communication of your remote device and target PC.

 

If you are disconnected during use, please manually reconnect your remote device.
The target PC will reconnect automatically.
