Notice of equipment maintenance for the MagicConnect service

Maintenance for the MagicConnect server will be carried out following the schedule noted below.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your kind understanding.

 

Date
Customers using servers located outside Japan (in North America/Europe/Asia):
– February 20, 2018 (Tue.) 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM (JST)

 

Systems affected
There will be multiple, short connection interruptions during the time noted above. It may interfere the communication of your remote device and target PC.

 

If you are disconnected during use, please manually reconnect your remote device.
The target PC will reconnect automatically.

The global IP address of the MagicConnect server will be changed after this maintenance, but normally you do not have to do anything.

 

[Case that need to change the setting]
In case you are registering the global IP address of the MagicConnect server to the firewalls or security software, it is necessary to change your settings.
